The PlayerScanner
What it does
It's pretty simple: it displays the equipment the player you're looking at is wearing in your scoreboard. You can enable and disable this with a simple command.
Commands
/playerscanner to toggle the playerscanner for yourself
Permissions
playerscanner.use to use and toggle your playerscanner
Configuration
When you start the plugin for the first time it creates a file "config.yml" in the PlayerScanner folder. With this file you can customize the text that appears in the scoreboard. The options "equipped", "helmet", "chestplate", "leggings" and "boots" are the strings that make the headlines in the scoreboard. These are limited to 16 characters. "empty" is the string that appears when someone hasn't equipped an item in a slot. This string is limited to 14 characters. Remember the following: if you want to use colons in these strings, you'll have to put the string in quotation marks. If you want to use color codes you'll need the § characters as described here. The option "maxDistance" is the maximum distance from which a player can scan another player.
