- New Features
- New MySql type killedby which will log the victims coordinates and kill uses the killers coordinates
- Will now log who player was killed by in their file.

- Minor Tweaks some suggested by axe17143
- In files instead of died. its now died:
- joined, quit etc is now capitalized.
- Pvp events now have both names in lowercase if the config is enabled
- Added player location on quit and on enchant.
