PlayerManager v2.0.0 – The Major Overhaul

We have completely redesigned the plugin: performance, data storage, UI, and punishment systems are now on a whole new level. Version 2.0.0 is not just an update – it’s a reimagining of the admin toolkit.

🗄️ NEW STORAGE (SQLite)

  • Replaced the bloating player_data.yml with SQLite using WAL (Write-Ahead Logging) mode.
  • Skins and inventory contents are now stored in a compact, reliable database.
  • All heavy operations (inventory saving/loading, skin data) are offloaded from the main server thread — no more lag!

🌍 LOCALIZATION REDESIGNED

  • Language files renamed to standard locale codes: en_us, ru_ru, de_de, fr_fr, pl_pl, pt_br, tr_tr.
  • Language is now auto-detected from each admin’s client settings (instead of a single language: config option).
  • Old language files are automatically migrated.
  • Fully unified keys – now 423 identical keys across all locales (previously mismatches existed).

👤 PLAYER LIST – NEXT LEVEL

  • Real skins on heads in the GUI (SkinsRestorer support).
  • Activity badges (online/offline/recently left).
  • “Recently left” filter with time categories (minutes, hours).
  • Leave tracker: stores time, reason, world and coordinates of the last logout.
  • Teleport to last known position directly from the GUI.
  • Admins can hide from the list without breaking the layout (no empty slots).

🎒 INVENTORY VIEW & EDIT

  • Dual-pane view: inventory + armor + offhand all in one window.
  • Full access to ender chest.
  • Edit inventories of both online and offline players (permission: playermanager.inventory.edit).
  • Live sync – changes apply immediately to online players.
  • Offline edits are applied when the player logs in.
  • Dupe protection – all operations are validated.
  • Automatic backup of admin’s inventory before editing (just in case).

⚖️ CUSTOM PUNISHMENT SYSTEM

  • Introduced PunishmentManager – bans, mutes, and warns are now fully handled inside the plugin.
  • Real temporary bans (previously used vanilla /ban which had no time support).
  • Intuitive GUI for selecting duration and reason for ban/mute/warn.
  • New subcommand /tempban – temporary ban with a friendly interface.

🚔 JAIL SYSTEM

  • Full-featured JailManager supporting 13 providers:
    • Essentials, CMI, LiteBans, AdvancedBan, Jails, DeluxeJails, Prison, JailSystem, plus a custom provider and a command-based one.
  • GUI for choosing jail duration and reason.
  • Jail history – all actions are logged.

🔐 NEW PERMISSIONS

  • playermanager.inventory.edit – inventory editing.
  • playermanager.jail – jail management.
  • playermanager.punishment – punishment management.
  • New subcommands: tempban, jail, unjail.

This mod has no additional files
