Give players a prefix, suffix, and name color in TAB/above head

• * For suffix: /pex [user/group] [name] suffix [text, using & for colors]
• * For color: /pex [user/group] [name] set color [color, using name]

Extra Note

This plugin uses Hidendra's Metrics and Gravity's Updater to improve your experience. Both can be disabled using the config files they generate.
