PerWorldHomes allows players to have per-world homes.
Commands:
/sethome [Name]
/delhome [Name]
/delohome [Player] [World] [Home]
/homes [Player]

/home [Name]
When a player does /home or /home [Name] they get teleported to their home in the current world they are in.
Permissions:
pwh.home - Gives access to /home & /homes [Name] command.
pwh.homes - Gives access to /homes command
pwh.sethome - Gives access to /sethome command
pwh.sethome.multiple - Gives access to /sethome [Name] command.
pwh.delhome - Gives access to /delhome [Name] command.
pwh.delhome.others - Gives access to /delohome [Player] [World] [Home] command.
pwh.homes.others - Gives access to /homes [Player] command
