Leashes

Now using the new Leash API to control leashing horses. Skeleotn and Undead horses may also be leashed only by their owner or players with permission to leash other players' horses. Currently not configurable or changeable. Skeleton and Undead horses are mostly intended for server admins/moderators, and players who have donated to your server to have a special horse to say "Hey look, I donated/I'm important!" Untamed skeleton and undead horses may be leashed by any player.

Commands

Added two new commands:

• /skeletonhorse - Spawn a skeleton horse if you have permission. Will be tamed by spawner, and already saddled.
• /undeadhorse - Spawn an undead horses if you have permission. Will be tamed by spawner, and already saddled.

Permissions

Added two new permissions:

• personalhorses.spawn.skeleton - Allow players with this permission to spawn a skeleton horse
• personalhorses.spawn.undead - Allow players with this permission to spawn an undead horse

Metrics!

PersonalHorses now supports metrics so I can track plugin stats!Cannot allow other players to leash your Undead or Skeleton horse.
