What is PermsPay?
Originally created as a plugin request from @Cailean PermsPay allows you to automatically pay users when they are promoted/demoted. It is a very simple but powerful plugin.
So How Do I Use It?
PermsPay is VERY simple to use. You simple install PermissionsEx, Vault, and modify the config.yml! After you've done that just promote/demote users like you normally would (via command or manually) and they will be payed accordingly! One of the cool features of this plugin is how it handles offline players. When you promote/demote an offline payer when they next login they will be payed.
How Do I Install It?
Just place it in your plugin folder and run the server once. After that a folder called PermsPay will be generated. Inside you can open up the config.yml and edit it.

The initial config.yml looks like this:
As you can probably tell you need to edit the group name and the amount each group pays. You can have as many/few as you want, I just put that in as a starter. Negative numbers ARE supported so you can fine user's!

Bugs/Notes
Negative numbers are supported so you can fine players!
As soon as a player is promoted/demoted he will be payed
If the player is not online when promoted/demoted they will be payed when they login next
A folder players with some files in it may be generated. DO NOT REMOVE IT :D
Multiple groups per player are not yet supported, for this to work the user must be part of only 1 group
This will pay all users when promoted/demoted, I'll add permissions later
You MUST install Vault and PermissionsEx(PEX) for this to work!
