PermissionsClock is a simple, Lightweight plugin that is used to change time on your server. This has Playertime (PlayTime) and Servertime (ServTime).

Lets your players change their time and you can change the servers time!
Installation
Download the plugin, Insert the permissions and then restart your server!
Commands
/playtime [Time] - Lets the player change their accounts time.
/servtime [Time] - Sets the server time.
Permissions
permclock.playtime - Lets the player change their accounts time.
permclock.playtime.request - Lets the player request for a certain time. (Requires ModRice)
permclock.servtime - Sets the servers time.
Requirements
ModRice - You need ModRice to make the player able to request a time, as it is used the same way.
