This plugin disables/enables the option to write on the public chat to non-admin users.
the plugin can be used by administrators for write important messages.
NEW: Disable commands in chat mode off - /me, /tell, /w, /msg, /helpop, /mail, /r

Usage/Command

• /pchat - main command.
• /pchat help - help about the plugin.
• /pchat on - turn on the chat for non-admin.
• /pchat off - turn off the chat for non-admin.

Permissions

(Since version 1.2)

• Turn on the chat - Pchat.on
• Turn off the chat - Pchat.off
• Writing time chat chat disabled - Pchat.chat
• Reload the config - Pchat.reload

Coming soon/ToDo

• Disable chat for a limited time.
