Built in Spigot 1.8.8. Should work for all 1.7.x versions, and above. Added Download Link. This is the final build for update 1.3-4

Fixed the main path so that all of my plugins should work together.

Added particle effect upon player trying to send a message while the chat is paused. Added particle effect when using /pausechat
