Added Drop Party's! Fixed a small bug with reloading custom fireworks

Tested on CB build 1.2.5-R4.0 ---------------------- V 1.3.4

Custom Fireworks are now in their own file, I suggest that you delete your old config file

Fixed exp firework spawning an ender_dragon (sorry had some test code in there)

Removed the console error on start up

Tested on CB build 1.2.5-R1.0
