- Fixed bug that caused Balloon Height to not save/load correctly.
- Fixed bug that caused Enable/Disable button to dislocate in the GUI.
- Added new options to specify announcement messages, delay between lever pull and drop party, and minimum filled-slots-in-chest required to start a drop party.
- Added a 'force start' command to bypass lever pull delay.
