Party Hats!

Party Hats is a plugin which lets you throw crazy parties. It equips all players on the server with a colored hat (don't worry, it saves their current helmets), and it gives them a firework of the same color of their hat as well!

Usage:

/partyhats <rockets>

Permission: party.throw

Throws a radical party! Gives every player on the server a randomly colored hat with a matching firework! The optional rocket tag lets you decide the amount of rockets. Defaults to one. Pretty wild!

/privatehats <rockets>

Permission: party.private

Throws a select party, for all people with the party.secret permission. The optional rocket tag lets you decide the amount of rockets. Defaults to one.

Permissions:

party.throw: Allows for the throwing of normal parties. /partyhats

party.private: Allows for the throwing of private parties and inclusion in private parties. /privatehats

party.secret: Allows for inclusion in private parties.

Config:

Simply edit the number after cooldown in the config.yml to your desired cooldown time in seconds.
