PaperMail

Fixed NPE reported by Sudding123. Includes an update to fix an error that may occur while retrieving inboxes for new players who already have mail waiting for them. Now you can send a letter to someone before their first login, and if they login, they should still be able to retrieve their mail.

Only runs in CB 1.7.2
