What's new
Added commands:
/broadcast (message) - Sends message to everyone.
/vanish (player) - Allows player to disappear.
/workbench - Opens workbench.

/mute (player) - Mutes (player).
/unmute (player) - Unmutes (player).
/unban [player] - Unbans [player].
/ban [player] - Bans [player].
/chat [ON/OFF/CLEAR/LOCALCLEAR] - Enables/Disables/Clears chat.
/csay [MESSAGE] - You can only use it as console. Sends [MESSAGE] to every player.
Removed:
/mute before muted and unmuted player with the same command
now there is mute and unmute
