PlayerCommands is a plugin which is not overpowered e.g. /op /heal etc. its a plugin which gives players many basic yet helpful commands e.g. /pcc (Player Clear Chat) (clears the players chat (in case he's being spammed)) and /psv (PlayerServerVersion)(Displays The Servers Version) and couple of ather commands, if you think of a idea which will be sutible and not over powered tell me!
