Out Come The Wolves

Fixed bug where wolves were not targeting players properly. Fixed bug where wolves spawn in nether and the_end, now they just spawn in NORMAL worlds. Also added new config option alwaysHunting (true/false). When enabled, wolves periodically target any nearby players and attack.

Fixed bug where wolves could spawn from non-naturalistic causes, ie throwing eggs, breeding, etc. Now wolves only spawn from naturalistic causes.

Fixed bug that prevented all mobs from targeting players with the outcomethewolves.bypass permission node; removed debug output in console. Gave it alpha release version name Aloha :)

Please delete your config file prior to loading the new version - else you won't get the new options debug or alwaysHunting. If you do not delete your config, your plugin will still run, but those options will not be available until you either delete the config or add them manually.
