Execute /opitems upgradeItems to recieve the new lores on old items

  • Added ability to override recipes with custom ones

Fixes:

  • Subspace dimension sometimes using the private dimension world generator

  • Crafting disabled message is now shown only one, not twice

Other:

  • Item upgrade now also works with items only marked by OPItems that are not in the database
  • All messages in the console should now start with [OPItems]
