Oper

Oper is a Security plugin for Bukkit. Oper will automatically deop players when they login, and then make them supply an Oper password to get their OP status again. I decided to make the plugin to give some extra security to users with the recent security issues. If there is another event, this plugin is aimed at helping to secure your server's staff accounts.

Commands

• /oper - Main command, look at arguments below
• /oper help - Display's the help text for the plugin
• /oper reload - Reload the plugin's configuration
• /oper <password> - replace <password> with the case sensitive password supplied in the config file
• /isop <player> - Will tell you if <player> is op
• /lock - Lockdown the Server, Limit movement, block break/place, and chat to operators and configured users only.

Permissions

None. The plugin will allow anyone to use an operator password, so long as they have a password supplied in the config.

the /isop command uses Operator permission. (Only OPs can do the command)

Configuration

Inside the config, you will see something that looks similar to this...

passwords:
      notch: "minecraft"
      Rmarmorstein: "Oper"

Notch, and Rmarmorstein represent users, and "minecraft" and "Oper" represent the case-sensitive passwords. You can add as many users as you like
