Supported Versions

Update to 1.21.4 format
- This is a build of the resource pack from https://github.com/Jikoo/OpenInv/commit/0ac7575bad8482696d2563e622879eba1cd7c383 rather than the 5.1.4 release commit due to a further update to re-add 1.21.3 support to it. Huge thank you to Boy0000 for pointing me in the right direction there!
