OneSleepPlus Free Use License 1.0

Copyright (c) 2026 Eren. All rights reserved.

1. Permission

Permission is granted to download and use unmodified compiled releases of
OneSleepPlus on Minecraft servers owned or managed by the licensee, including
servers that accept donations or otherwise operate commercially.

Permission is also granted to edit configuration and language files generated
by the plugin for use on those servers.

2. Source code

If source code is made publicly available, it may be viewed for security review,
education, and the preparation of contributions to the official OneSleepPlus
project. Private modifications may be created for testing or personal use, but
modified builds may not be published, shared, deployed as a public replacement
for the official plugin, or provided to third parties without prior written
permission from the copyright holder.

3. Restrictions

Unless prior written permission is received from the copyright holder, you may
not:

a. redistribute, mirror, sublicense, sell, rent, repackage, or commercially
exploit the plugin, its source code, or a modified build;
b. include the plugin in a public or paid plugin bundle, server setup, product,
marketplace listing, or download service;
c. remove or alter copyright, license, author, or attribution notices;
d. claim the plugin or any substantial portion of it as your own work; or
e. use the OneSleepPlus name, logo, or branding to represent an unofficial
build as an official release.

Providing server hosting or administration services does not by itself violate
this license when the plugin is installed for a customer who obtained an
official copy.

4. Official distribution

Official releases may be distributed only by the copyright holder or by
marketplace accounts and download locations explicitly authorized by the
copyright holder. Links to an official download page are permitted.

5. Contributions

Unless a separate written agreement is made, a contribution intentionally
submitted to the official OneSleepPlus project grants the copyright holder a
perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, relicense, and
distribute that contribution as part of OneSleepPlus. The contributor retains
copyright in their original contribution.

6. Ownership

OneSleepPlus is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted by this
license are reserved by the copyright holder.

7. Termination

The permissions granted by this license terminate automatically if any term is
violated. After termination, all redistributed or modified copies must be
removed. The copyright holder may restore permission in writing.

8. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

9. Additional permission

Requests for redistribution, bundling, resale, modified public builds, or other
uses not granted above must be approved in writing by the copyright holder.
