Added a new "BlackList Feature"- Put materials into the config blacklist section to have them instantly wiped from any and all chests. Now uses permissions: omnivision.use -Allows players to use all OV features. omnivision.read -Allows players to get messages about chests. Note- More permissions planned for the future. None ATM, Please report
