Aplugin that restore pre-1.8 biomes in the selected radius, stopping the "snow in desert problem".

- Added /unfreeze <x1> <x2> <z1> <z2> -added /oldbiomes <x1> <x2> <z1> <z2>
unfreeze is very RAM consumming when length>2000. It is advised to have a swap partition or to make little by little and restart the server between them.
