Commands:
/gm (Switches player from survival to creative or vise versa.) Permission: o.gm
/gmc (switches player to creative.) Permission: o.gmc
/gms (Switches player to survival.) Permission: o.gms
/fly (Enables flight for the player.) Permission: o.fly
/god (Gives player god mode.) Permission: o.god
/heal (Heals the player.) o.heal
