NullRepeat is a LIGHTWEIGHT, configurable anti-repeat chat message bukkit plugin for Minecraft 1.8 (You know how players always come on and spam their server IP? Well, this plugin is a FIX for THAT! :D)

Features:

• includes configurable and toggle-able cooldown chat function
• can toggle off/on in-game
• permit access to certain players to bypass this plugin (see permissions)
• customizable repeat & bypass messages (bypass messages can be turned off)

Permissions:

• nullrepeat.bypass (allow a player to bypass (ignore) the plugin
• nullrepeat.toggle (allow a player the ability to toggle this plugin on/off in-game

Commands:

• /nr toggle (toggle this plugin on/off; requires nullrepeat.toggle)
