NPCWarehouse

With over 90 files changed and over 5,500 lines of code edited, NPCWarehouse is now compatible with 1.7.2 and there are now StableMasters (a new NPC Type)!

+ Stable Masters (New NPC Type)
    -> Can transport players in between NPCs
    -> Little setup required
    -> Players are transported on automated horses
* Updated to 1.7.2-R0.2
* Removed the 1,000 NPC limit (infinite NPCs are now allowed)
* Cleaned code (a lot!)
* Increased accuracy of path-finding (how horses and NPCs find their paths to walk on)
- Removed Bukkit Built-In permissions direct connection (NPCWarehouse now uses Vault)
