No X-Ray

• 1.2.8 Many internal changes to let the program run more smoothly, such as dumping the vision when reloading and then reloading the vision, to account for changes in block ids in the config.
• 1.2.4 Much new stuff added. More options added to configuration (set cuboid dimensions). Configuration updates itself if it's missing parts. Players' vision is only updated when it needs to be, not every time a block is updated in their world. Permission added (vacuum.noxray.hide) to allow filtering players that are and are not screened for X-Ray. I also fixed the configuration. It wasn't loading properly (if at all).
