What does it do
It notifies you whenever somebody joins or leaves your server! Like so:

- Hooks into several notification systems like Snarl, Growl, NotifyOSD to support all OS'es

- Warning with running low on RAM
- Warning when somebody executes a command
- Warning when an error has occured
