  • Initial release.
  • Players can submit requests via /notetools open.
  • Request fees are supported and fee reminders are shown at submission.
  • Admins can view Pending Requests, Processed Requests, and My Processed Requests.
  • Admins can process requests with /notetools done, /notetools cancel, and /notetools reject [reason].
  • Admins can query player request statistics with /notetools lookup <player>.
  • All request data is persisted to data.yml, including handler name and player name.
  • GUI includes black glass decoration, exit buttons, and back buttons.
