1.50 Updated for the new Bukkit API!

1. Changed how word size is computed
2. Changed how dictionary correlation is computed
3. Changed config.yml
4. Changed how players are stored to allow for things like /nospam mute Not to mute Notch
5. Delete your NoSpam directory before updating, please!
6. Added warning option
7. And maybe some other stuff

1.1.0 Changed word size function. Now has an asymptote at x=0 and a mostly parabolic arc at x > 5. The function is (1/x)(x-5)^2
