- [Add] Added new command: /worldrain
- Usage: /worldrain [world] [on/off]
- Description: This command will now be the one which enables or disables rain. With /worldrain [world] [on] the rain will be enabled and with /worldrain [world] [off] the rain will be disabled. This will stop the doublenegative thing that was happening before.
