NoOp will stop the spam from players asking for op. When a player asks for op on your server this plugin will block their message and it will not be sent. They will receive a message in red saying "Please do not ask for op."
If someone asks for op their message will be sent. They will get a message saying "please don't ask for op". This plugin only blocks their messages and They will not get kicked nor banned.
No, NoOp does not cause spam. It will not broadcast when a player has been stopped from sending a message. Only that player will see the message asking them not to ask for op, everyone else will be unaware that the player has even said anything.
Just download the plugin and upload the NoOp.jar into your plugins folder. Then restart the server and the plugin will be installed. There is no configuration required.
NoOp works in all Minecraft versions. It has been tested in all minecraft versions between 1.5.1 - 1.7.2 and all have been successful without any errors.
