noop creeper

NoopCreeper is a lightweight Minecraft plugin that prevents Creepers from destroying blocks when they explode, protecting your builds while still allowing entity damage to occur normally.

installation

1. Download the plugin .jar file.
2. Place it into your server's plugins folder.
3. Restart your server.
