NoHungerHeal

Second version of the plugin (version 1.1).

• Added configuration file with two different configable values: healpercentage and nohungerheal.
• The healpercentage is a double value that has a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 1000 as a value. The value of it represents a percentage value, e.g 100 = 100% - normal healing.
• The nohungerheal is a boolean value that can only have a value set as true or false.
• The healpercentage value equals the amount of health regained when the regain reason is satiation (in percentage), if nohungerheal is turned to false.
• Added error messages to be outputed in console if any occur.
• The config.yml is found (by default) in the "plugins\NoHungerHealPlugin\" folder.
