v1.0.1: Added config.yml in order to let the server operator:

• Decide whether creepers can be charged
• Decide whether pigs can be changed to zombie pigmen

Added /nocharge command to reload the config. v1.0.0: Added the plugin's existence thereby:

• Stopped creepers being charged
• Stopped pigs becoming zombie pigmen via lightning
