NoBlockBreaking is an plugin that was requested by Mythledgic. NoBlockBreaking allows only players that have the right permissions and have block breaking on, break blocks. The same is also with placing blocks.

Command

nbb: /nbb debug to activate debug mode
nbb break: /nbb break [player] Toggle block breaking, if given for the player
nbb place: /nbb palce [player] Toggle block placing, if given for the player
nbball: /nbball [break|place] Allow all players to break and place blocks, if given only break of place
nbbnone: /nbbnone [break|place] Disallow all players to break and place blocks, if given only break of place

Permissions

nbb.break: used for the /break command
nbb.place: used for the /place command
nbb.debug: used for the /nbb debug command
nbb.all: ussed for the /nbball command
nbb.none: used for the /nbbnonde command

    #This is where all the players that have breaking on be saved

    #This is where all the blocks that can be placed and breaked are stored. For an example on how to config this, look at      #whitelistWorld and instead of words the id of the block
