The main part of the plugin.

Features

Automatically deletes TNT,Lava and Fire as soon as they are placed
Notify all members when TNT.Lava and Fire is placed
Deletes lava placed via bucket
PermissionsEX support
Mobs don't grief! Creeper do not blow up blocks, enderman no longer pick up/place blocks
Primed TNT don't explode (if TNT is placed on a powered block (redstone wire/redstone torch) the TNT ignites but does no block damage)
Deletes water + water buckets placed by those without permssion

Permssions for MAIN

ng.tnt - allows players to place tnt
ng.lava - allows players to place lava
ng.lava.bucket - allows players to place lava buckets
ng.fire - allows players to place fire
ng.water - allows player to place water blocks
ng.water.bucket - allows players to place water buckets
