Died their armour black, gave them a diamond sword, attempted (unsucessfully) to fix the non-random teleporting, changed their chance of spawning, made it so ninja dosent teleport into a block, made it so ninja is less likley to teleport away in a confined space.

Ninja might sometimes make a zombie noise when he falls off a cliff or something like that.
