Nightfall Clock

A clock for every player that tells you what tonight brings: a countdown to dark and a warning when storms roll in.
What's new
The first Paper release: the day and time in every player's action bar, "The sun's getting real low" at 6:00 PM with a countdown to dark, "Storm's rolling in" when thunder starts, the Overworld's time in the Nether and the End, `/clock` to turn your clock off or pick 12- or 24-hour time, and settings in `plugins/NightfallClock/config.yml`.
