Fixed the armor bug, and cleaned up the java doc a bit.

1) Due to current limitations with skulls, Skulls cannot be rotated, colored, or skinned yet. This will be fixed when Bukkit adds API support for Skulls.

2) A small error is displayed in console when large amounts of sand fall onto a snake, or a large amount of snakes occupy the same location. Its a Minecraft tick error. We have tested this and so far it appears harmless. You won't get this error if you make sure not to excessive spawn snakes or drop 1000+ blocks of sand/gravel on a snake.

3) The borrows function is currently unstable if set to false. This feature is meant to stop world grief by sending all snake movement client-side. However, this stops all interaction with the snake making them unattackable. This feature works fine however if borrows is set to true.
