Here are some additions that users had been requesting!

Changes since 1.3.1:

• Added a tag placeholder, can be used to move the tag to a custom place in your chat formatting. Simply add the placeholder into your format plugin's configuration.
• Added permission based tags, new in tags.yml is a "permission_tags" header. A tag listed there will be shown on the player with the "newtag.ptag.<tag>" permission.
• Added "newtag.longtag" permission to bypass maximum tag length when setting tags.
• Added enable_tab_list_tag configuration option to show tags in the tab list - Configure tab list tag format with tab_list_tag_format configuration.
