- Added a kick message, kick broadcast option and "/playercount reload" to reload the config from disk!
- Added mcstats.org statistics recording. (You can opt out in the /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml file)

- Changed the config slightly. The announce.newplayers config option is now announce.newplayer (no "s").
- Added in game commands to toggle the announcements. Must have the npa.admin permission.
- Players can be given the npa.noannouce permission to not have their join/quits show.
