There is now a broadcast announced at a configurable delay announcing for players needing a town/faction.

Players can only use /inviteme once unless the get removed from the list.
New commands:

• /inviteme - Same as before. Can only be used once! (inviteme.invite)
• /inviteme players - Lists all the players who have used /inviteme.
• /inviteme remove [player] - Removes a player from the list. (inviteme.remove)
