Features

Every server have some people who just can't take a joke, or step over the line and start an argument and start throwing words and other stuff after people.
What this plugin does is it allow users to disable chat if they just want to play the server in peace and quiet, every in and out going message will be disabled so players who got chat disabled won't be able to talk either but can still use all commands.
On top of that there's a staff chat which allow any staff of the server to talk in private without other uses interfering with them.

Commands

• /nation
  Display some plugin information
  Alias: nc
• /nation help
  Display all usable commands for that player
  Alias: nc help
• /nationchat
  Allow users to toggle chat on and off
• /nation check [player]
  Checks if a player got his/her chat enabled or disabled
  Alias: nc c [player]
• /nation list
  Display all currently online players who got their chat disabled
  Alias: nc list
• /nation reload
  Reload the config
  Alias: nc list
• /staffchat
  Allow staff members to talk in private
  Alias: sc
