Nanosuit2

Improve :

- Nanovision (can see cloaking player)

- Better arrow hit detection

- Cloak system

Add :

- Saving data system

- Arrow weight

- Predator bow aiming action

- New 2 permission( NanoSuit.Activate.PredatorBow.Aiming AND NanoSuit.Activate.PredatorBow.ArrowWeight)

Fixed :

- Predator bow detection

If you don't use the latest version(1.2.0 or above) your server may crash cause by Vec3 Pool Size: ~ERROR~ NullPointerException: null so please use the latest version. If not, I won't responsible for it.

This may be the last version for 1.6.4, I am developing for update to 1.7.2
