Fixed issue with permissions where I had mistakenly modified code designed specifically for my server.

Added aliases for nick command permissions:

nick.name = nick.name.admin
nick.rename = nick.name.player
nick.rename.other = nick.name.player.other

Sorry about all the confusion and hope this resolves a couple issues some people have been having.

TagAPI updating a players display name above their head changes their skin if it is not the same as the players name.

Does not play well with disguise plugins. A fix is if you reconnect your nickname will be returned.

prefix/suffix will only work if you have a working chat plugin that uses prefixes and suffixes.
