Added support for TagAPI http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/tag/
This allows players to have their nicknames above their name. This changes the players skin if the nickname does not match the player name. And it does support colors. (Trims nicknames longer than 16 characters)
Must have the jar file from TagAPI to enable it.
Added a /toggledisplay [name] command to toggle displaying a players nickname above their head.
Added Exclusive PEX support for modifying prefix and suffix of yourself or other players.
Added confirmation message to preview the nickname, suffix, or prefix your giving a player. (Only when using nick credits).
Updated to 1.4.7 (sorry for the lonnng delay, but life has been busy).
TagAPI updating a players display name above their head changes their skin if it is not the same as the players name.
Does not play well with disguise plugins. A fix is if you reconnect your nickname will be returned.
prefix/suffix will only work with PEX.
