Added the updates to 1.7 minecraft for players using it
now witches drop magical wands every 100 witches killed on the server.
if have looting 3 will be 33 witches and so on.
added permission to use wands magicalwand.use default to op
remove thunder and tnt from wand
added a broadcast message to all players when a player obtain a wand
