What's new
- Added potion effect configurations. Go to the description in the main page to see how this works, or delete your current Mystic Config for direct instructions.
- Added /menchant, now you can enchant your custom enchantments through commands at any level. the enabled tag in the config is for this purpose.
- When enchanting, items with lores already in it may have weird looking enchantments. Ex: Sharpness V Protection II just some random lore CustomEnchantment V
