While this version will work with 1.8 builds, it does NOT support AUTOMATIC name changing currently.

- Added an admin command to rename the owner of a home warp: /myhome rename oldname newname
- Added permission for rename command: myhome.admin.home.rename
MyHome 2.4 is a major overhaul to support UUID properly and update a very clunky database.
Does not change the welcome message of the home.
Locale messages are NOT set for the rename command - They are in english.
